We get asked all kinds of questions, all the time. It’s ok though, the answer is just a quick drive of your mouse away.
Our rallies are for anyone who loves cars, travel, food, drink or a combination of all these things. Yes we organise rallies for supercars, but we always make sure there is more than just the cars to keep you entertained along the journey. All are welcome, all we ask is that you’re respectful of other participants - no marque snobbery please.
No. Our events are tours of different countries, driving on great roads with brilliant scenery. You must observe local road rules at all times. There are no prizes for getting their first or racing each other along the way.
We can help you source a car to hire for the event through one of our partners. Please get in touch.
Yes, indeed. We can assist in booking extra rooms for you.
Our events are not difficult and are designed for all abilities. We also provide you with two route options most days. It is not a race so you have plenty of time each day to get to the next stop so as long as you have some confidence behind the wheel, you’ll be just fine.
This varies depending on the rally but will usually be between 3 and 6 hours a day. Just enough to remind you that you’re on a road tour but not enough to be boring.
Most of the driving will be in daylight, but that really depends on you. If you stop for a 4 hour lunch on a long driving day, you could very well arrive at the hotel stop after dark.
You’ll be pleased to hear that we provide a detailed route via Google Maps that you can bring up on your phone. As long as you can follow the GPS, you’ll be just fine. But if you take a little detour, no problem… we have a full support crew to help you get back on track.
We have a dedicated, fully insured, team luggage transport van that will whisk your luggage to the next hotel for you. No more squashing it into the back seats!
Yes. The sponsors are what make such a great event possible but you can customise the rest of your vehicle graphics.
Yes of course. We encourage it in fact, go wild, go crazy and make your car an extension of your personality. Just remember, you’ll still need to have the Radical Rally and sponsor branding on there in key areas. Send us your ideas so we can check before you apply them.
Our criteria is quite simple - exotic, prestige, sports or classic.
As a guide these are eligible - Arrinera, Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW*, Bugatti, Ferrari, Ford*, Gumpert, Hennessey, Jaguar*, Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Lotus, Morgan, McLaren, Mercedes*, Noble, Pagani, Porsche, Range Rover*, Rolls Royce, Ruf, Saleen, Spyker, SSC, TVR, W Motors, Zenvo.
If you are unsure which category your vehicle would fit into, or would like to enquire about hiring a vehicle to participate in then please get in touch.
You will need to check with your insurance company as every insurer is different but usually insurance for any type of rally is excluded. You will need to check that you are covered for events such as this, that you can drive in all the counties that we pass through and that your co-driver has appropriate cover also. Remember this is not a race of any kind, there are no prizes, special treatment, or even a pat on the back, for arriving first each day.
Each rally is different but usually we include breakfast and dinner in the entry fee. Lunch is not included.
Yes usually we can cater for almost any dietary requirement. It will depend on what the hotels are able to offer so please contact us or let us know when you apply what you need and we’ll check it out with all the hotels for your chosen rally for you.
That’s ok with us too. We like to have a good party but equally sometimes it’s nice to just relax. Our rallies are not designed as massive 18-30 beach style holidays where it’s drinking and dancing all night. We do that some nights but you are free to do as you wish with your evenings.
Yes of course they can. Obviously they must abide by all local laws such as age limits for driving and alcohol, but we’re happy to have them along.
Yes you can. On most rallies there is also a reduction in the entry fee for a single driver.
No. On most rallies, depending on availability, we offer the option to book seperate rooms for you and your co-driver. There will be a supplement to pay.
We promise that our rallies will be fantastic and so will never run a rally with a couple of cars. If we don’t get enough people on a rally before the sign up deadline we’ll offer you the option to transfer to another event or a full refund.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
We test them all. No, seriously, before we set off on a rally all the roads are driven by one of our team to make sure they are just right. Not too many lumps and bumps, no annoyingly large speed bumps, no ramps that are too steep for your supercar to get up.
We’re here to look after you for the duration of the event and to make sure things run smoothly. We’ll transport your bags, deal with the hotels and checkin, take photos, make videos, host the parties and generally make sure the whole experience is one to remember.
Yes. We always have dedicated security on duty at each overnight stop on our rallies. That’s on top of any normal security that the hotel offers, and with luxury hotels, it’s usually pretty good to start with.
Yes, easily. You simply ensure your car is clean and apply them from one side to the other slowly rubbing out any air bubbles as you go. To remove all you need is a hairdryer to warm the vinyl and it will easily peel off. Any sticky residue left is easily wiped away. Full instructions will come in your welcome back 4 weeks before the rally start.
We know that sometimes things happen so our support crew will be there to help as much as we can. We carry simple things like puncture repair kits, coolant, brake fluid, screen wash, oil, wheel spanners and the like. But we are in no way a breakdown service so we strongly recommend you get appropriate cover for the event. If you are unable to continue because of a breakdown, please refer to our terms and conditions on what happens next.
Possibly yes. All photos and video taken by our team on the event are owned by us and you sign over the rights to those photos when you sign up. If you’d rather we didn’t use a photo of you then you can request that by telling us or using thecontact form.
Yes you could. It’s certainly possible to book all the hotels and drive between them. Doing so will mean you miss out on some key things though;
We have this application process because we think it’s really important that all the drives and co-drivers get on with each other. We can’t guarantee it of course but we think this is an important step. After all, we run intermit car rallies where everyone knows everyone else and above all we’re a friendly bunch. It’s important to us that your time away enjoying your pride an joy is well spent.
The honest answer is that we, and no one else for that matter, really knows yet. All we can tell you, is that we’re fully committed to giving you a rally experience to remember, and we’ll keep you updated with any changes as they happen. If, in the unlikely event, something about Brexit prevents us from running the rally or significantly alters costs, you will have the option to pull out and have a full refund or transfer to another rally.
You must take some documents with you as well as couple of things that are required in your vehicle when you drive in France.
