Coronavirus money back guarantee

Escape with us knowing that you're covered.

You're covered

If you’re worried about booking your 2021 holiday amid all speculation surrounding the Coronavirus, you’re not alone.

Because we know it's going to be a difficult time over the next year still, we’ve decided to extend our Coronavirus guarantee through to our 2021 events.

We want to help you secure your holiday without worrying about what’s going to happen in the event you are unable to travel. So, if the FCO advises against ‘all but essential travel’ to any area that your rally travels through up to 28 days in advance of your holiday start date, you’re entitled to our full money back guarantee.

Alternatively, you have the option to change or postpone your rally for up to 2 years to 2023. We will happily discuss options for moving you onto another rally or changing the year of booking. Any changes will be dependant on availability on your chosen event.

You will receive a full refund if

You change your mind for any reason within 14 days of making your booking (provided it is not less than 28 days to the start of your rally).
You decide to cancel up to 28 days in advance of your holiday start date where the official advice from the FCO (or international equivalent) is not to travel or against "all but essential travel” to any specific region that your rally travels through.

Terms & Conditions

Applies to bookings made from the 1st March 2020 until further notice.
For British citizens, the right to cancel will depend on whether you are deemed free to travel to the specific regions that your rally travels through, as determined by the official advice from the FCO that can be found here: www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.
For foreign nationals, the right to cancel will depend on whether you are free to travel to the specific regions that your rally travels through, as determined by the official advice from the governing body of your country of residence.
We cannot guarantee a refund if the travel advice changes in the 28 days prior to your holiday, so please ensure you take out the requisite travel cancellation insurance to cover you in this unlikely scenario. We can recommend a number of insurance providers that will cover you for cancellation in this instance.
Requesting a rally change? Please note that any transferal between rallies is at the discretion of the rally team principal and dependent on availability on your chosen rally.

Tips for travelling

We recommend that you get full travel insurance to cover you against any other disruptions that may happen. Your travel insurance should also cover you if your flights get cancelled or you can’t go ahead with any other services booked for your holiday. It is important that you familiarise yourself with the insurance provider’s terms in respect to holiday cancellations prior to purchase.
